| To advocate for and promote Human rights including the reproductive sexual health of the youth, women and men in order to build positive attitudes and commitment for the issues that the LFPA is working on. |
| Goals: |
- To advocate and promote the concepts and scopes of reproductive sexual health and human rights to media people and politicians to reach positive attitudes towards those issues.
- To strengthen the knowledge of women, men and youth on the modern directions of the reproductive sexual health concept to build positive attitudes and practices in this regard
- To prepare and produce IEC material that respond to the LFPA vision
- To develop and implement an advocacy strategy and to encourage wide participation to achieve its vision

| Women |
| To empower women socially and financially through education and enable her to practice her familial and social roles; and to prevent all forms of discrimination and violence against women. |
| Goals: |
- To provide training for women on their rights and the concepts and values of the society to enable them to refuse discrimination against them
- To build the educational, political and leadership capacity of women and enable them to play their national role effectively and positively.
- To provide women scientific knowledge this will enable them to play their roles as wives and mothers and to target young women all through their life cycle.
- To promote women capabilities to increase income and improve living conditions of the family

| To develop and strengthen the knowledge of youth as related to their rights and to promote their attitudes towards human rights in general and reproductive sexual health in particular and to enable them to resist risky behaviors and practices and to provide Youth friendly services for them. |
| Goals: |
- To promote and strengthen the knowledge of youth in issues related to human rights and its concepts and to highlight the social, health, psychological and national rights of the youth
- To increase the voluntary participation of the Youth and to build their capacity for more involvement in the National efforts and the LFPA efforts at all levels
- To increase the knowledge of youth as related to reproductive sexual health and protection from risky sexual behaviors with a stress on youth friendly services

| Reproductive Sexual Health |
| To highlight the issue of reproductive sexual health and family planning at the family and national level and to provide high quality clinical and community based services, reaching the populations whose needs are still unmet. |
| Goals: |
- To advocate and promote the concepts and scopes of reproductive sexual health to build positive attitudes towards those issues, with special emphasis on the men needs.
- To provide quality and quantity reproductive sexual health services and family planning to meet the needs of the people whose needs are still un- met.
- To highlight cross cutting issues especially gender based violence, adolescents needs and the psychological needs of women throughout their life cycle.

| HIV/AIDS |
| To highlight the HIV/AIDS issue at the National level and to promote knowledge and awareness about this epidemic among various groups and ages and to encourage aware and responsible behaviors and practices. |
| Goals: |
- To increase the knowledge of individuals and organizations on HIV/AIDS which will contribute to stop the spread of this epidemic at the National Level
- To increase the knowledge and awareness of Youth on HIV/AIDS and risky sexual behaviors within schools and universities and outside.
- Build positive attitudes of society and families towards the people living with HIV

| Community Based Services |
| To carry on to advocate for the reproductive sexual health rights and family planning and to provide community based services especially in rural communities and areas not reached by services |
| Goals: |
- To strengthen the social atmosphere for acceptance of community based services to enhance the roles of the field workers within her community
- To promote and build the capacity of the field workers and enable them to transmit their knowledge as related to reproductive sexual health and family planning and provide community based services
- To build leadership qualities of the field workers which will enable them to play a positive role in strengthening the attitudes of local communities as related to reproductive sexual health and family planning practices

| Capacity Building |
| To continue to work on developing human and financial resources in order to be able to face future challenges; to strengthen networking at the National, Regional and International levels to achieve self-sufficiency and guarantee sustainability |
| Goals: |
- To attract more volunteers especially the youth and build the capacity of the staff to increase the effectiveness of the LFPA at the National level
- To build relations with funding agencies at the national, regional and international level to obtain enough funds that will allow the implementation of the LFPA strategy
- To strengthen the networking with other Associations that has similar objectives and goals as the LFPA to insure sustainability
